Logs and Coal for Sale in Chorleywood
Quality firewood delivered across the Bucks and Herts border
Just over the county line in Hertfordshire, Chorleywood is a regular stop for our delivery van. From homes around Chorleywood Common to the roads near the station, we deliver seasoned firewood, kindling and coal straight from our saw mill in Amersham, so you are buying direct rather than through a middleman.
Hardwood and Softwood Logs
Our builders bags are filled generously with a mix of hardwood and softwood. Hardwoods such as Oak, Ash, Beech and Cherry burn slowly and give plenty of heat, while softwoods like pine, larch and spruce catch quickly and are great for getting the fire going. All of our logs are seasoned for around 18 months to roughly 25% moisture.
Sustainable Firewood
We sell wood that meets FSC certification standards, and many of our logs are reclaimed from old support beams, joists and building timbers that would otherwise go to waste. Burning well-seasoned wood from a sustainable source is one of the greener ways to heat your home.
